1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HornySnap ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using hornysnap.com and any associated services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HornySnap.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Services

HornySnap is an online platform designed for consenting adults to connect, communicate, and share private moments via a Snapchat-inspired interface. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • User profile creation and management.
  • Private messaging and media sharing between users.
  • Community features such as groups and forums.
  • Discovery tools to connect with other consenting adults.
  • Any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by HornySnap.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

  • Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Services with explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Lawful Use: You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Consent & Conduct: You will only interact with other users who have provided clear consent. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or non-consensual behavior is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to: (a) upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) engage in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized advertising; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (e) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services; (f) interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the HornySnap platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of HornySnap, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "HornySnap" name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HornySnap or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant HornySnap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HornySnap, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
  • Any content obtained from the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HornySnap in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HORNYSNAP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.

11. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HornySnap regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
